- Data Return
We have transitioned to use the Globus Application as our standard data delivery method. With Globus, you can easily, reliably and securely move and share data no matter where it lives with just a web browser. This alleviates the inconvenience of multiple expiring download links per project. When completing the project request forms on iLab, you will be asked to list your Globus accounts so we can set up the permissions to your data. If you do not have one, our Software Engineer can assist you in setting one up and getting your permissions to a collection where your data will be available. You can request an account here: https://www.globusid.org/create
- Sample and Data Storage
- All samples and data will be stored for 30 days.
- After 30 days, the samples will be discarded unless you have arranged for pick-up or long-term storage.
- After 30 days, the data will be deleted from our servers unless you arrange and pay for long-term storage with us. We will not be able to return any data to you after it has been deleted so it is imperative that you download the necessary data in a timely manner.
